Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Letter Sharing and Privacy

When you share a letter:

• Anyone with the unique link can view the letter
• You are responsible for who you share the link with
• Pro users can add password protection for additional privacy
• We are not responsible for recipients sharing your letter further

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep LoveTale available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your letters may become inaccessible to recipients
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
